BASIC CLASS
I
keep Wednesdays and mondays 8.00 to 9.30 PM class as a very basic and easy classes.
The class starts with 5 to 10 minutes of alternate nostril breathing.
Then 3 rounds of kabalabati. 12 rounds of sun salutation ( 12right 12
left ) performed to warm up the body. All the basic asanas are practiced,
including headstand. Even though it is a basic class still it has a
lot of stretch and balance.
Most of my students who finished the 8 weeks
absolute beginners courses and students who are new to my classes come
to the Wednesday class before they move into the intermediate class. |
