FREE BASIC YOGA CLASSES

 

These are free classes. Any one can join the class. It is absolutely free. I will provide the yoga mats.

I start the class with 15 minutes of breathing techniques, followed by some simple stretches to warm up the body.

7 rounds of sun salutations followed

( this sun salutation is a easy version.. some can do only one round while some want to do 7 rounds.. I let them to decide ).

Cat stretches followed by upward dog , downward and warrior postures followed .forward bends and backward bends followed by half spinal twist and balancing postures.

Headstand and shoulderstand are included in the class, but some students don't like to do these posture , so they are allowed to do some other postures instead of headstand.

And we finish the class with Relaxation.

I love this class.. The students are very dedicated, most of them never miss the class .. I always looking forward to this class...
