YOGA FOR OVER 50s

On Friday mornings 10.30 AM to 12.00 PM I have a class for over 50s. It is a free class. Any one over 50 can join the class. It is absolutely free.
I start the class with breathing techniques, followed by some simple stretches to warm up the body.
Some sun salutations followed( this sun salutation is a easy version.. some can do only one round while some want to do 4 rounds.. I let them to decide ).
Some simple stretches like cat stretches, neck exercises followed. Simple forward bends and backward bends followed by half spinal twist and standing postures.
We finish the postures with tree and nadaraja.
And we finish the class with Relaxation.
I love this class.. The students are very dedicated, most of them never miss the class .. I always looking forward to this class...
